Advisory Services

Three Ways We Can Help You Move Forward

Our services are structured around the stages of a market entry journey — from initial orientation through to active expansion support. Each has a defined scope, clear deliverables and a price that is agreed before work begins.

How We Work

Our Advisory Approach

Every advisory engagement at Northkeel starts from the same place: a careful conversation about your actual question. We do not assume we know what you need before we hear it from you. This intake stage typically takes one conversation and shapes the direction of everything that follows.

From there, we work through a defined process: research and information gathering, structured analysis, and the preparation of a written output that frames what we found and what it means for your decisions. At each stage, you are informed of progress and have an opportunity to redirect focus if needed.

All outputs are reviewed internally before delivery. Discussion sessions are included in each engagement so that findings can be explored and questioned before your team acts on them.

01

Intake & scope confirmation

We discuss your situation, agree the exact scope, confirm the fee and timeline, and formalise the engagement.

02

Research & analysis

We gather public information, structure the landscape and apply our advisory experience to what we find.

03

Drafting & review

A written output is prepared, reviewed internally, and shared with your team ahead of the discussion session.

04

Discussion & close

We walk through findings together, answer questions and make any final refinements before the engagement closes.
